Role and Responsibilities

In Sam Baldwin’s role as Contract Manager he is responsible for ensuring our clients get our total commitment and their project is delivered as expected. This means working closely with the supply chain, getting the very best from our project operatives and liaising with project architects, principal contractors and supervisors. Sam is a time-served, highly skilled installer of flat roofing systems and now uses that extensive and valuable knowledge as a Contract Supervisor to Longworth’s Contract’s team across a wide a varied project portfolio.


Professional Experience

Sam Baldwin has worked in the construction industry since 2003. He started off serving an apprenticeship in flat roofing, then began his professional career as a roofer for Sanderoof. Taking a career change in 2003, he used his knowledge of the industry and took the big leap in to self-employment. His determination and desire for professional development has seen him rise through Longworth to the position of Contract Supervisor. Sam’s commitment to delivering high standards of Health & Safety saw him deservedly awarded the NFRC Health & Safety Champion 2017.
